I did a Banana Republic shop yesterday and found so many cute things. Here’s what I found.

I had two college move-ins in one week. I was back and forth from LA to Ithaca and then LA to Madison. It was essential to be comfortable for both move-ins. Here are some of the things I packed, and a couple other cozy items I will be purchasing.

1. This is the Great Cardigan, $450 I wore this all weekend, it felt like Fall in Madison so it was perfect to throw over what I was wearing.
2. Nili Lotan Megan Jean, $420 The perfect wide leg jean. These are so comfortable and I love that the rise isn’t too high. Worth the splurge.
3. AGOLDE Red Cropped Jean, $238 I love the dark wash.
4. The Great Eyelet Button Top, $115 It’s party of their sleep collection but I wear it as a daytime shirt.

I just got back from dropping my daughter off at college. The one thing we quickly learned in Ithaca NY is having the appropriate rain gear is a must. Last winter I ran around trying to replace our Barbour jackets and most of them were sold out. They are finally back in stock. Here are the ones that I like along with some rain boot options.

1. Barbour Erma Jacket, $500 This one is cropped and has a hood which I like. I bought this for myself and my daughter.
2. Barbour Reighton Jacket, $540 This is lightly longer then the Erma but still cropped and comes with. a hood. More of a straight cut.
3. Barbour Cropped Beadnell Jacket, $425 This is a cropped version of their most traditional style.
