It was our first long weekend with the girls both at college. On Friday night we ventured downtown to try Holbox, a James Beard Michelin Star rated casual Mexican seafood counter featuring local and sustainable seafood. The line is intimidating but it moves very quickly, worth the wait! On Saturday we had dinner at Donna’s in Echo park. I loved the company, ambience, decor, and neighborhood but the food was not off the charts amazing (I prefer Felix). I had some time for shopping over the weekend, I’m stilling replenishing my denim so here’s what I bought.
