Although I’m pining for crisp Fall weather it’s been in the 90’s all week in LA. I’ve been wearing light weight dresses but mine are starting to get a bit stale. I found this great one (above) from & Other Stories that can get me through the heat wave and still transition into Fall. Some other ones to choose from below.
Voluminous Ruffle Wrap Dress & Other Stories, $149. Dress in the above picture. It has a Doen feel but not a Doen price tag.
Over the next couple of months I’m on the Rhode again with a couple warm weather destinations in the works. I’m starting to think about what to wear and Rhode Resort definitely makes the cut. This jet set spirit brand designs vacation essentials you’ll not only want to wear to the beach but on the city streets.
I ventured over to Beverly Hills yesterday for a lunch date at Avra (it was delish!). While I was there I ran (literally because I was late for pick-up) into the Other Stories boutique. So glad I did because they had so many gorgeous holiday pieces that won’t break the bank. Here are some highlights that will have you looking haute holiday ready!
I was out shopping this week and stumbled across this Natalie Martin Top and Spell and Gypsy dress. These would be the perfect pieces to fold up and pack on your next warm weather getaway (or even wear now in LA).

Julie Sarinana was spotted on the streets of Riems, France in this gorgeous floral print Sea dress. I love the bohemian style mixed with the edgy Balmain bag. Here are some of my favorite Sea picks along with the above Balmain bag, and Isabel Marant Western boots.
