I love the look of a blazer layered over a hoodie like the one above. Lisa Aiken is wearing The Everlane Oversized Blazer in Pewter Houndstooth. On the topic of Everlane my friend has been raving about these comfortable ballet flats (only $140), so I just ordered them (size down 1/2 size).
