I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays to host. This year I decided to rent all the tableware which was so easy. It saves you a lot of time from doing all the dishes. You just scrape all the plates and stack everything back into the crates. I recreated the Felix Trattoria Apple Fennel Salad for Thanksgiving, so easy and good! Fennel, Green Apples, Red Apples, Celery, Parsley, Lemon, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper (slice all the veggies thinly on the mandolin).
