I was preparing for a rainy weekend, but instead we were treated to beautiful weather and some much needed cooler temperatures. My daughter is home for the weekend, so we spent our time cooking, shopping at the farmers market, furniture shopping, and trying a new restaurant. A friend had recommended Betsy’s in Altadena, so we ventured out Saturday evening, and it did not disappoint. The new restaurant from Tyler Wells, co-owner of All Time, is a cozy neighborhood bistro centered around live fire cooking. You’ll find Tyler roaming the restaurant in his signature short sleeve chore coat, chatting with guests and making everyone feel at home. It was definitely worth the drive, and we’re already looking forward to going back.
