I am just returning from a weekend in Nashville. It was focused on college touring but there was still time for some fun. We stayed at the W Hotel (great location) and walked around The Gulch, 12th Street South, Broadway, and Vanderbilt Campus. I picked up a cute pair of boots at Boot Barn, Zoe got a pair of Tacovas (nice quality and not expensive runs big), and I designed my own custom hat to match my boots at Rustler Hat Co. Sharing what made into my carry-on on this trip.

Happy Monday everyone! My friend planned a really fun lunch on Friday at Violet Bistro in Westwood. It’s a modern French bistro with a charming back patio. We had the most delicious French Bread, Niçoise Salad, Provençal Chicken Sandwich, and French Fries. The food, atmosphere, service, and company were on point! I can’t wait to go back for dinner. I finally made the Tik Tok famous Feta Pasta which was so easy and good! Lastly, I stopped into Anine Bing on Sunday to pick up a sweatshirt and found myself in the fitting room full of clothes. Detail listed below.
This weekend marked 4 years since my first blog post. Thank you to all of you who have followed along and continue to e-mail, DM, and say hello to me when I’m out and about. I appreciate each and everyone on of you! Have a great week!
Happy Friday everyone! This week was busy with work, catching up with family and friends, and I made it back on the tennis court after a month off from a shoulder injury. As many of you know who follow me on IG I spend a lot of time in the kitchen. This week I was mastering the chopped salad (my favorite). I’ve been finely chopping up different vegetables and assembling them like the picture below. It’s endless with the amount of things you can mix in. I added roasted Biena Chickpeas and chopped almonds to add a crunch. I also switch up the lettuces using butter lettuce, romaine, and radicchio. I swear everything tastes better in a bowl!
Happy Monday everyone. Over the weekend I tried a new restaurant Crude e Nudo a farm to table Italian inspired raw bar. A stand-out for me was the Crudo Trio and Vegan Caesar Salad. I will definitely be retuning to try the Prawns a la Plancha and to have the Vegan Caesar again! Also on my itinerary this weekend was a stop at Alo where I picked up a new pair of 7/8 Alosoft legging, black 7/8 Airlift leggings, and Edge Trouser (for my daughter). Now onto Loeffler Randall’s new ready to wear line which is already flying off the shelves (click here to see the whole line). Highlights below and along with some of their new sandal arrivals.
